About InterviewPlan AI
About InterviewPlan AI: AI Help for Every Stage of the Job Search
InterviewPlan AI is a software company building tools for job seekers across the whole journey: finding roles, applying, interviewing and settling into the new job. It was founded in 2026 by Kashish, and its products are designed so that you stay in control of every decision and every message sent in your name.
What InterviewPlan AI builds
The job search is not one problem, it is four, and most tools solve only one of them. A person might use one product to find roles, another to polish a resume, a third to practise, and then walk into the interview with none of that work connected. InterviewPlan AI is built around the idea that the same resume and the same job description should travel with you from the first search to the first week at work.
- Job search. Describe the role you want and see live postings ranked by how well they match your resume.
- Applying. Auto-apply drafts tailored resumes, cover letters and answers that you review before anything is sent.
- Interviewing. The interview copilot gives live help in a call, and mock interviews and the behavioral coach prepare you beforehand. Coding help covers technical rounds.
- Starting the job. Job support helps with the first 90 days in a new role.
How we think about building this
A tool that acts on your behalf in something as consequential as your career has to be trustworthy by design, not by promise. A few principles shape what we build and, just as importantly, what we decline to build.
- You stay in control. Applications are drafted for you to review. The browser extension fills fields but never submits, and it leaves legal and personal questions, such as work authorisation and salary, for you to answer.
- Grounded in your real experience. Drafts and answers are built from your own resume and profile. If something is not in them, the product leaves it open instead of inventing it.
- Plain about limits. Our job search covers the employer boards we have connected, not every vacancy on the internet, and we say so. Our comparison pages cite their sources and the date they were checked.
- Simple pricing. You pay for the AI credits and live minutes you use, rather than being locked into a monthly tier. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes.
Who is behind InterviewPlan AI
InterviewPlan AI was founded in 2026 by Kashish, who leads the company and its products. The company builds the web app, the desktop app used for live interview sessions and the browser extension for filling application forms.
The team builds in the open where it can: the blog publishes guides and research on every stage of the job search, and the security page describes how data is handled. You can follow the company on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and reach the team directly through the contact page.
On using AI in interviews
People rightly ask whether using an AI interview assistant is acceptable. Our view is that it depends on the setting and on honesty. A tool that helps you recall and express experience that is genuinely yours, particularly in a second language or under pressure, is closer to preparation notes than to cheating. Using any tool in a way that breaks an employer’s or a school’s stated rules is a different matter, and the acceptable use policy sets out what we expect of everyone who uses the product.
We would rather you check the rules for each interview and choose accordingly than treat any tool, ours included, as a loophole.
