Our approach

InterviewPlan handles resumes, job descriptions, and interview content on behalf of candidates and companies. We build our security and privacy practices around that responsibility, and this page summarizes the credentials currently in place.

GDPR DPA

We offer a Data Processing Agreement for customers and users covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, setting out how personal data is processed, secured, and made available to data subjects. See our Privacy Policy for details on the personal information we collect and how it is used.

Hosting infrastructure

InterviewPlan is hosted on Render, a cloud platform built on AWS and Google Cloud. Render holds an independent SOC 3® report covering the security, confidentiality, and availability trust services criteria, issued by an AICPA-affiliated auditor for the period October 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026, and its control framework references the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. This report speaks to the infrastructure our application runs on; it is not a certification of InterviewPlan or 9ance Technologies as an organization.
