An AI interview assistant for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Webex. …and your phone, your coding pad and that one-way video round, too.

InterviewPlan AI sits beside whatever tool the employer picked. It listens, labels who’s speaking and drafts STAR answers from your résumé in under a second, on a private overlay, with nothing for the interviewer to install.

Works wherever your interview happens.

01 · The short answer

Which interview platforms does InterviewPlan AI work with?

InterviewPlan AI works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex and ordinary phone calls, plus Skype, Slack Huddles, GoTo Meeting and other video tools, coding pads like CoderPad and HackerRank, and one-way video such as HireVue. If your interview audio plays on your computer, the desktop app can listen to it.

Nothing is installed on the interviewer’s side and there’s no meeting link to share. You run the Interview Copilot on your own screen, next to whichever app the employer chose. For new jobs, Job Support uses the same connections for stand-ups and team calls.

02 · The directory

Every platform, pinned to one page.

Filter by how your interview happens. Each card says how the connection works and whether you’ll use the desktop app or the browser.

03 · How the connection works

Three steps, then you’re live.

Same three steps on every platform. Expect about two minutes the first time, and seconds after that.

  1. 01

    Open the app that fits

Install the desktop app for Zoom, Teams, Webex and phone calls, or open the dashboard in your browser for Meet and coding pads. Add your résumé and the job description.

    Desktop app Windows · macOS
    Browser interviewplan.ai
  2. 02

    Pick your platform

Join your call as normal, then tell the session which app the audio is coming from. The transcript starts with speaker labels on the first hello.

  3. 03

    Go live, privately

The overlay opens in its own window on your screen. When a question lands, a STAR draft appears in under a second, built from your résumé.

five free minutes is plenty for a sound check.

A note on consent

Every platform on this page has its own rules, and so does every employer. Please read both.

Follow each employer’s recording and AI-assistance policies, and get consent before recording where it’s required. One-way video platforms in particular often set strict rules, if live help isn’t allowed, rehearse with Behavioral Coach instead. More in our responsible-use guide and security overview.
